"BabirUSA" is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of old traditional methods of preserving and preparing foods. We have developed rubs and sauces that enhance processes and tastes. We are equally committed to developing instructional information that promotes these old traditional ways... by providing proven methods... in a (simplified) step by step (user friendly) format.

Our passion for food preparation, family and friends has caused us to step back & evaluate cause and effect. We believe that the erosion of family & community is directly related to, but not entirely caused by, the elimination of social events.

Webster & Random House defines Barbecue respectively as "An outdoor social gathering at which food is prepared"... "A social entertainment, usually in the open air".

"BabirUSA" is committed to providing equipment, instruction & enhancements that will bring people back to family and friends. What better way to spend an afternoon or evening then with famly & friends over some good groceries?

Gas prices are up... Taxes continue to rise... Everyone is getting caught up in the rat race and don't have time to even get to know their own neighbors. All it takes is one person with a Smoker, Cooker or Grill and a plan. You provide the meat & they will come. If you go house to house inviting families to come to your cook out... they will come. Make it bring a dish & your own beverages and suddenly everyone is involved. Children play, adults visit, and people actually interact without a computer or television... this could get to be habit forming.

Our Definition of "Neighbor Hood Watch"... is to get everybody together at a NEIGHBOR HOOD cook out, stand back and WATCH them enjoy time with each other.

"Neighbor Hood Watch" programs provide a good result / and this is in no way intended to discredit or take away from those programs.
